Azure Global Purchase Programs
Microsoft Online Subscription Program (MOSP)
Microsoft Online Subscription Program (MOSP) is available to any customer that wants to purchase through the website: www.azure.com. Customer can easily subscribe, manage and deploy azure services online. Customers pay monthly based on their usage through credit card or invoiced. They don’t need to pay upfront commitment and can end their services at any time.
Enterprise Agreement (EA)
EA offers the best value for organizations that want a manageable volume licensing program that gives them the flexibility to buy cloud services and software licenses under one agreement in response to the changing technology landscape.
The Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE)
The Server & Cloud Enrollment is an enrollment within the EA construct, designed specifically for customers making commitments to Cloud + Enterprise products.
The SCE allows customers to carve out commitments to C+E products and get all the benefits of the Enterprise Agreement. One of the benefits is how the SCE provides access to Azure. Customer either can purchase product component and just start using Azure without committing anything up front and be billed quarterly in arrears; or only sign Azure only SCE agreement with minimum commitment required.
Cloud Solution Provider (CSP)
Customers can also purchase Azure through a solution partner. The Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program is ideal for customers looking to use a partner to help with buying, managing and supporting their Azure needs.
Customers can also purchase Azure through other programs, such as academic institutions can purchase Azure through the Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) which educational entities qualified.
