In this document, the scope of Azure Marketplace is China, and “mirror image” or “image” mean the same thing. Please note that VHD image files must be between 1GB and 1TB in size.

1. Migrating VHDs from other platforms to Azure

Please refer to Migrate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other platforms to Managed Disks in Azure.

2. Copy the VHD file from one storage account to another

Download the PowerShell script to copy the file from one storage account to another, and run it after modifying the parameters. Note that the access policy of the storage container where the VHD source address in the script is located should be “Blob” or “Container”. Besides using PowerShell, you can also copy by using tools such as AzCopy, as explained in Copy or move data to Azure Storage with AzCopy on Windows.
