Upgrade a 1 RMB Trial subscription or standard Pay-in-advance (PIA) subscription to an Enterprise Agreement subscription
After you have signed an Azure Enterprise Agreement, you can change the 1 RMB Trial subscription or standard Pay-in-advance (PIA) subscription that you were previously using into an Enterprise Agreement and continue using it. You will be billed based on the Enterprise Agreement.

The upgrade itself does not result in any charges. Only the services used in the subscription incur charges. After you have upgraded the subscription, charges will begin to be recorded in the Enterprise Portal.You will not be able to keep using the free balance in your trial account.For standard Pay-in-advance (PIA) accounts, you can contact a client manager to sign an amendment to transfer an existing balance. After the upgrade, you will not be able to switch your subscription back to a 1 RMB Trial subscription or standard Pay-in-advance (PIA) subscription.
Log on to the Azure Enterprise Portal.
Select Manage > Account, and then select the account that you want to add.
Enter the relevant information, and then press Submit.
Account name: User-defined Organization ID: Enter your free trial account/standard Pay-in-advance (PIA) account. Confirm organization ID: Reenter your free trial account/standard Pay-in-advance (PIA) account.
Cost center: Can be optionally selected if required.After you have successfully submitted the information, the account status is Pending.
Log on to the Enterprise Portal with your trial account/standard Pay-in-advance (PIA) account. The system automatically activates the current account.
To complete the upgrade, refresh the subscription view by selecting Manage > Subscription.
