你可能会出于以下原因之一无法访问你的 Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) 帐户:You might be unable to access your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) account because of one of the following reasons:

  • 密码不起作用需要重置。Your password is not working and you want to reset it.
  • 知道密码但帐户被锁定,需要解锁帐户。You know your password, but your account is locked out and you want to unlock it.

从 Office 365 门户更改密码Change your password from the Office 365 portal

如果通常使用 Office 门户来访问应用程序,则请使用此方法:Use this method if you normally access your applications through the Office portal:

  1. 使用现有密码登录到 Office 365 帐户Sign in to your Office 365 account with your existing password.
