速率限制阈值为:The rate limit thresholds are:

  • 短信:每 5 分钟最多 1 条短信。SMS: No more than 1 SMS every 5 minutes.

  • 语音:每 5 分钟最多 1 条语音呼叫。Voice: No more than 1 Voice call every 5 minutes.

  • 电子邮件:一小时内最多 100 个电子邮件。Email: No more than 100 emails in an hour.

    其他操作没有速率限制。Other actions are not rate limited.

速率限制规则Rate limit rules

  • 特定电话号码或电子邮件在收到超过阈值所允许消息数时会进行速率限制。A particular phone number or email is rate limited when it receives more messages than the threshold allows.
  • 电话号码或电子邮件可以是跨多个订阅的操作组的一部分。A phone number or email can be part of action groups across many subscriptions. 速率限制应用于所有订阅。Rate limiting applies across all subscriptions. 一旦达到阈值便会应用,即使从多个订阅发送消息也是如此。It applies as soon as the threshold is reached, even if messages are sent from multiple subscriptions.
