Manage Azure NetApp Files (ANF) Snapshot Resources.

Commands

az netappfiles snapshot create

Create a new Azure NetApp Files (ANF) snapshot.

az netappfiles snapshot delete

Delete the specified ANF snapshot.

az netappfiles snapshot list

List the snapshots of an ANF volume.

az netappfiles snapshot show

Get the specified ANF snapshot.

az netappfiles snapshot create

Create a new Azure NetApp Files (ANF) snapshot.

az netappfiles snapshot create --account-name
                               --location
                               --pool-name
                               --resource-group
                               --snapshot-name
                               --volume-name
                               [--file-system-id]

Examples

Create an ANF snapshot

az netappfiles snapshot create -g group --account-name account-name --pool-name pname --volume-name vname --snapshot-name sname -l location --file-system-id volume-uuid

Required Parameters

--account-name -a

The name of the ANF account.

--location -l

Location. Values from: az account list-locations. You can configure the default location using az configure --defaults location=<location>.

--pool-name -p

The name of the ANF pool.

--resource-group -g

Name of resource group. You can configure the default group using az configure --defaults group=<name>.

--snapshot-name -n -s

The name of the ANF snapshot.

--volume-name -v

The name of the ANF volume.

Optional Parameters

--file-system-id

The uuid of the volume.

az netappfiles snapshot delete

Delete the specified ANF snapshot.

az netappfiles snapshot delete --account-name
                               --pool-name
                               --resource-group
                               --snapshot-name
                               --volume-name

Examples

Delete an ANF snapshot

az netappfiles snapshot delete -g group --account-name aname --pool-name pname --volume-name vname --snapshot-name sname
